These simple terms cover your use of this website and give you an idea of how things work when you book a workshop. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Our Workshops

  • We offer fun, hands-on creative workshops (like mug printing, sticker making, notebook binding) that we bring to your chosen location or host at partner venues.

  • This website shows you what we offer and lets you enquire about booking.

Booking & Payments

  • Booking is confirmed once we've agreed on the details and any required deposit is paid.

  • If booking an event ticket via our website, booking is confirmed once the transaction has been processed. .

  • Full details about workshop prices, payment schedules, and cancellation terms will be provided clearly in your specific booking confirmation or invoice. These booking details form part of our agreement with you.

Cancellations

  • Life happens! Our specific cancellation policy (including any non-refundable deposits or charges) will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

  • If we ever have to cancel (which is very unlikely!), you'll get a full refund of payments made to us or the option to reschedule.

Our Responsibility

  • We promise to run our workshops safely and professionally, providing clear instructions, especially when using equipment.

  • We aim to provide a great experience, but we can't be held responsible for things outside our reasonable control, variations in individual creative results, or loss/damage to your personal items at workshops.
